Stephen Crisp
Founder & Chartered Management Accountant, Glow Accounts
Stephen qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant after he completed his Business Studies Degree. Since that time he has worked as an accountant in a variety of businesses in different industries as well as running his own small company and it was this breadth of experience that led him to set up Glow Accounts.
Whilst working for a construction company as the Financial Controller in Tunbridge Wells, Stephen identified a gap in the market for small businesses that would benefit from the services of a Financial Controller but who were not large enough to employ such a position on a full-time basis.
Glow Accounts aims to go beyond just accounting and tax and help clients understand their finances to make better decisions that drive their business forward.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys a variety of sports, the occasional DIY project and spending time with his 5 (Yes 5!) children.
Georgina Blackwell
Practice Manager, Glow Accounts
Coming from a client-focused career and with a passion for all things creative, Georgina naturally has a keen eye for detail and thrives on multi-tasking whilst working under pressure.
Georgina has previously run her own company and has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of industries including recruitment, retail, services, motor, and property.
She has been working with Stephen since 2014 and is a Xero Certified Advisor trained in all aspects of bookkeeping, as well as being a payroll and auto-enrolment guru, delivering no matter what the deadline.
In her spare time, Georgina enjoys dancing, socialising, and walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She always has a variety of crafty projects on the go and as a mum of 3 always has something to do!
Jacob Crisp

Our Accounts Assistant Jacob has recently completed his AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting apprenticeship.
Jacob has a broad range of experience supporting small businesses with their accounting and payroll requirements.
Extremely hard working with an excellent work ethic, Jacob is able to prioritise multiple requirements and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.

Caroline Hutt
Senior Accountant, Glow Accounts
Caroline joined Glow Accounts earlier this year as Senior Accountant. After University she joined the Financial Service Audit team in Ernst & Young and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 1995. She worked in EY London and Hong Kong for many years before moving to Citigroup and later RBS.
In 2010 she returned to her home town of Tunbridge Wells and ran small business with a partner for 10 years before joining Glow Accounts.
Outside of work Caroline enjoys, tennis and other sports, travel and the challenges that a teenage daughter and family pets provide.
