Stephen Crisp
Founder & Chartered Management Accountant, Glow Accounts
Stephen qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant after he completed his Business Studies Degree. Since that time he has worked as an accountant in a variety of businesses in different industries as well as running his own small company and it was this breadth of experience that led him to set up Glow Accounts.
Whilst working for a construction company as the Financial Controller in Tunbridge Wells, Stephen identified a gap in the market for small businesses that would benefit from the services of a Financial Controller but who were not large enough to employ such a position on a full-time basis.
Glow Accounts aims to go beyond just accounting and tax and help clients understand their finances to make better decisions that drive their business forward.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys a variety of sports, the occasional DIY project and spending time with his 5 (Yes 5!) children.
Georgina Blackwell
Practice Manager, Glow Accounts
Coming from a client-focused career and with a passion for all things creative, Georgina naturally has a keen eye for detail and thrives on multi-tasking whilst working under pressure.
Georgina has previously run her own company and has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of industries including recruitment, retail, services, motor, and property.
She has been working with Stephen since 2014 and is a Xero Certified Advisor trained in all aspects of bookkeeping, as well as being a payroll and auto-enrolment guru, delivering no matter what the deadline.
In her spare time, Georgina enjoys dancing, socialising, and walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She always has a variety of crafty projects on the go and as a mum of 3 always has something to do!
Laurence Donnarumma
Client Manager Glow Accounts
Laurence has been working with sole traders and small businesses on their financial management for well over 20 years. He is passionate about helping hard-working people to own all their finances. His main function has been as a Trainer & Coach, creating & delivering in-person workshops and e-learning modules on financial management in particular. He was chosen to become 1 of 10 Changemakers on a new Royal London programme that supported his work on incentivising people to set aside tax. He has worked with business support organisation DNAsix in various Growth Hubs, looking at vital areas such as Pricing and Return on Marketing Investment. He also has significant experience in raising finance (SEIS/EIS investment, British Business Bank, grants including Innovate UK and UK Shared Prosperity Fund).
Long long ago, he was involved in some curious adventures, such as searching for the lost tomb of Queen Nefertiti (he managed & filmed a major archaeological project in Egypt’s Valley of the Kings) and helping to produce the very first workshop production of the musical Wicked (whilst working for Broadway producer David Stone) – but every unrelated episode seems to have added to his portfolio of anecdotal wisdom!
Back to the present, and Laurence’s main job, however, remains as chauffeur, cook, and counsellor to three rapidly-growing young people. His passions include music, theatre, and comedy, and his happy place is on or next to the sea.
Fran Pepper
Accounts Assistant Glow Accounts
Our Admin Support has had a very varied employment history starting with working in West End Theatre, then an accounts assistant with in the motor industry, she then embarked on 13 years within the world of property, admin for an electrical company and poolside assistant for baby & toddler swimming.
In her spare time which is minimal with 2 young children, Fran loves to dance and go to the theatre.
Kevin Leaver
Senior Accountant, Glow Accounts
Kevin joined Glow early in 2025 as Senior Accountant. He began his career with seven years at a two-partner local firm before joining PwC, where he spent the next 40 years as a tax specialist advising private businesses and their owners on a wide range of corporate tax, personal tax and employment tax matters. He has extensive experience of corporate transactions and structuring new ventures and he has specialised in advising those in the real estate, hospitality, housing and construction industries. One of Kevin’s key strengths is his ability to utilise decades of experience in providing clear, practical advice that helps clients stay compliant, mitigate unnecessary costs and save money.
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys travelling, playing lawn bowls (poorly!) and spending time with his grandchildren.
